Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 5pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays) are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control (i.e. carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, etc.). 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders $45 or more. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How to Check Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check order status. Please allow 3 to 4 days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@prolifecoffeeroasters.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
