Pretty Good

I would give this blend 3.5 stars if that was an option. I'd call this blend "pretty good" but it is not our favorite of the Pro-Life coffees. There is some good complexity of flavor, but the darkness of the roast seems to mask the more subtle flavors we've tasted in the other coffees from Pro-Life. It is also very slightly bitter on the finish. Those things being said, this blend is still delicious and better than most other specialty coffees I've had.
